Replacement Head instructions:
Lp Giovanni Compact Conga

Loosen square head screws to remove all tension on the Giovanni Compact Conga head.
Remove all the socket head cap screws.
Remove rim.
Replace head. Make sure the bearing ring is still on the guides.
Screw the rim back down using all of the cap screws
Apply the tension evenly on the new head using the square head screws. Do NOT tighten beyond normal tuning range!
Resume playing.
